Returns & Replacements
Requests for returns and replacements are accepted within 30 days of delivery, for the following reasons:
- The placement of the printed image is obviously different from the example shown in the BEAUTY + GRACE Art Shop ("The Shop").
- If you receive the wrong product due to an error made by The Shop.
- If you receive a product that is a different size or color from what is listed in your order confirmation.
- If your product is damaged during delivery.
- If your product has a printing defect (e.g. gaps in the ink, etc.).
sUBMITTING A REQUEST FOR RETURN OR REPLACEMENT
In order to submit a request for a product return or replacement, please send us a detailed email about the issue, using the below form. Please note, we may request you send an image of the problem.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued in the following situations:
- The product is free or marked as non-refundable in The Shop.
- You accidentally ordered the wrong product, size or color.
- You included the wrong shipping address. However, if there is an error submitted in your shipping address and the package is undeliverable, we can ship the package out again for the cost of delivery.
